Face Heirs Property

Multiple names on the title (tenants in common) OR

Deceased person’s name on the title OR
-
Previous owner died without a will

Live in Greater Richmond - Petersburg, such as:

City of Richmond

City of Petersburg
-
City of Colonial Heights
-
City of Hopewell
-
Henrico County
-
Chesterfield County

The Heirs Property home should also be in
our service area.
​
Earn less than 120% of Area Median Income
(2025), which is:​
​

For a one-person household: $95,400
-
For a two-person household: $108,975
-
For a three-person household: $122,625
-
For a four-person household: $136,200​​​
