Do I Qualify?

In order to qualify for legal resolution services with the Richmond Heirs Property Network, you must:

Live in an Heirs Property

Multiple names on the title (tenants in common) OR
Deceased person’s name on the title OR
Previous owner died without a will

Live in Greater Richmond - Petersburg, such as:

City of Richmond
City of Petersburg
City of Colonial Heights
City of Hopewell
Henrico County
Chesterfield County

Earn less than 120% of Area Median Income

(2025), which is:

For a one-person household: $95,400
For a two-person household: $108,975
For a three-person household: $122,625
For a four-person household: $136,200
